Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, connecting a business number, buying a subscription, or using any part of Kaçırma, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use Kaçırma.
What Kaçırma provides
Kaçırma is subscription software for businesses that talk to their customers on Instagram and WhatsApp: online shops, beauty salons, and real-estate offices. It can turn Instagram and WhatsApp conversations into orders, appointments, property records or customer records, and help manage follow-ups, reminders, and AI-assisted replies. The features available to you may depend on your plan, your business module, the product version, setup status, and connected services.
Kaçırma is not a real-estate adviser, a broker or intermediary between the parties, a legal or financial adviser, a provider of beauty or health services, or an emergency communication service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of a product or property listing, the availability of stock, a customer’s intention, or the completion of any transaction.
Your account and who may use it
You must be at least 18, provide accurate and current information, and have the necessary authority for the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
The account owner is responsible for the people given access to the workspace and for actions taken through the account by authorized users.
WhatsApp and other providers
Some Kaçırma features require a valid WhatsApp Business account or services supplied by other providers. When you use those services, you must follow their terms, messaging policies, permission requirements, and charges.
By linking a business device or number, you confirm that you are authorized by the business to establish that connection and that the business has the notices, permissions, and legal basis required for the related conversations and connection data.
A third-party provider may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its service. Kaçırma is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy decisions, or fees that remain under that provider’s control.
How the service may be used
You may use Kaçırma only for lawful business purposes. You must not send unsolicited messages, contact people without the required permission, mislead others, impersonate another person or business, process unlawful content, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of property details, customer communications, listings, offers, and records processed through your workspace.
AI, automation, and human oversight
AI-generated or automatically sent content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular conversation. Important property details, prices, appointments, and binding commitments should be checked before they are sent.
Your business is responsible for choosing automation settings, deciding when a person must take over, monitoring automated activity, and correcting errors. Kaçırma does not guarantee that an AI output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
Your data and business content
You confirm that you have any notice, permission, or other legal basis required for the customer, landlord, employee, and property information you process through Kaçırma. You keep ownership of the business content you submit to the service.
You give Kaçırma only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, secure, and technically operate that content as part of the service. Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Charges, subscriptions, and renewal
The subscription price, billing period, included features, and any applicable limits will be shown at checkout, on the Pricing page, or in a written offer. Taxes and charges from third-party services may apply separately.
Unless checkout says otherwise, a paid subscription may renew automatically at the end of its billing period. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the selected payment method. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next renewal. If a payment fails, paid access may be restricted or suspended until the amount is paid.
Cancelling and requesting a refund
You may cancel through the account or billing options made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued, paid access may remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Submit a refund request through the Contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time needed for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. A full refund may end the related paid access.
Payments are not automatically refundable unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
Kaçırma’s intellectual property
The Kaçırma software, interface, design, documentation, brand, and service technology belong to Kaçırma or the relevant rights holders. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your business’s internal operations.
Without permission, you may not copy, resell, distribute, or attempt to extract source code from the service or its content, or remove intellectual-property notices.
Availability, suspension, and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kaçırma is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, continuous access to third-party services, accurate AI output, or a particular commercial result.
We may restrict or suspend access where there is a security risk, unlawful use, a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a restriction imposed by a third-party platform, or a risk of harm to the service or another person.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaçırma is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or loss caused by a third-party service. Our total liability arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for Kaçırma during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Updates to these terms and how to contact us
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published here with a new “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also notify users of material changes through the account, email, or another reasonable channel. Continuing to use Kaçırma after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. For questions about these terms, use the Contact page.
