Where does the AI get prices and stock from?
From the products you add in your panel. It reads the price and stock of every colour and size from your shop and checks them again before placing an order.
What happens if a customer asks something it can’t answer?
It answers questions like delivery, payment and returns from the answers you write in your panel. If the answer isn’t in your shop, it hands the chat to you to review.
Can I reply myself whenever I want?
